Privacy
CoachOS is a coaching platform for golf professionals and the golfers they coach. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your choices are — in plain English. Last updated 15 July 2026.
What we collect
- Account details — your name and email address, and for coaches a profile (photo, bio, prices) they choose to publish.
- Coaching content — swing videos you record or upload, coach feedback and voiceovers, lesson notes, assigned drills, messages in Spaces, and launch-monitor reports a coach uploads.
- Booking data — lessons booked, times, payment status, and (for guest bookings) the contact details the coach enters.
The mobile app asks for camera and microphone access only to record swings, and photo-library access only when you choose to upload one. Nothing is captured in the background.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data, ever.
- We don't use your videos or messages for advertising or to train AI models.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
Who can see your content
A golfer's videos, feedback and notes are visible to them and to the coach (or coaches) they train with — that's the product. Group-space posts are visible to that group. Coaches control their own roster; golfers can see everything shared with them in their Vault.
Who processes it for us
Hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase. Payments: Stripe (we never see or store card numbers). Transactional email: Resend. Each processes data only on our instructions.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and its content — email us and we'll do it.
- Deleting the app doesn't delete your account; email us for that.
- Booking and payment records may be retained where the law requires it (e.g. accounting).
