Is it really one price for everything?

Yes — one monthly subscription covers the whole toolkit. Your players never pay a platform fee; the only money that changes hands with them is what you charge for lessons.

How many players can I have?

Unlimited on every plan. Tiers differ on features and storage, not on how many golfers you coach.

What counts towards storage?

Everything uploaded across your Spaces — your videos and your players' — plus swing submissions and launch-monitor files. When it's full, new uploads pause until you free space or upgrade.

Can I try it first?

Twice over. The coach demo is a complete, working account with no signup — click around as much as you like (it resets nightly). And every new account starts with 30 days of full Pro, no card needed; after that you pick a plan, and your data stays either way.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for ten months, get twelve — £390, £590 or £990 a year instead of monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from Plan & Billing.

We're a facility with several pros — how does that work?

Each coach runs their own CoachOS account and plan, exactly like a solo pro. The multi-pro reception diary is a £99/year add-on per facility that links those accounts into one combined day view with a reception desk login. Email us and we set it up with you.

Do you take a cut of my lesson payments?

No. Card payments run through Stripe to you; CoachOS only charges your subscription.
