The honest comparison
You already have a system. It's just made of six things.
Messages for feedback, a spreadsheet for who's paid, a booking tool, a website someone built you, and your memory for the rest. It works — it just costs more than it looks like it does.

Six tools means six places a thing might be, and the joins between them are all you. Retyping a lesson note. Remembering who's paid. Finding March's swing to compare against today's. None of that is coaching, and all of it is your evening.
