Getting started
From signup to your first booked lesson — the first-week checklist.
- 1Go to coachos.golf/join and create your account — name, email, password, and the web address you want (coachos.golf/yourname).
- 2You land straight in your notebook. Every new account starts with 30 days of full Pro, free — no card needed, and nothing is deleted when the trial ends.
Make it yours (10 minutes)
Everything lives under Settings in the left sidebar. Four stops set you up:
- 1Branding — upload your logo, pick your accent colour, set your display name. This styles your public page, your players’ Vault, and the app.
- 2Lesson types — the lessons you actually sell: name, duration, price. Add passes or bundles later if you sell them.
- 3Availability — your weekly open hours, plus one-off closures for holidays. Golfers can only ever book inside these.
- 4Profile — your headline, bio and photo for the public page. If you take bookings through another system, this is also where the "I take bookings elsewhere" switch and your external booking link live.
Add your players
- 1Dashboard → Add player: first name, last name, email. Each player gets a private Space immediately.
- 2Your player creates their account with that same email address — that’s the link. Or skip this entirely: anyone who books a lesson through your page is added to your roster automatically.
Your first booking
- 1Diary → click any open slot → book an existing player, a brand-new customer, or block the time off.
- 2Golfers book themselves at your public page — share coachos.golf/yourname anywhere.
- 3Subscribe your personal calendar under Settings → Availability ("See your diary in your own calendar") so lessons appear in Apple or Google Calendar automatically.
